Regulation requires the development of a written Recall Plan when a hazard analysis identifies a hazard requiring a preventive control. Recalls are actions taken by an establishment to remove an adulterated, misbranded or violative product from the market. The Recall Plan should define each step of the recall process and clearly describe what needs to be done and who is responsible for carrying out the task.

Complete the recall team form by entering the names of employees responsible for assisting with a potential recall.
